Pros

The team is truly amazing, and incredibly welcoming and supportive, and I think that starts from the top. The benefits are A+ (great PTO, great compensation, great options, it's almost like they *want* you to come work here instead of deigning to pay you to work here) An accessible leadership team with follow-through. A product that actually has a good purpose and doesn't feel icky or useless.

Cons

Any new startup is going to have growing pains, but I think what's going really well is learning and changing from any bumps in the road.

Pros

Weekly (oftentimes more frequent!) feedback from my manager on both what's going well and how to improve in my role Leadership is transparent and honest about where we are at as a business, what we are prioritizing (and not) and super responsive and helpful when it comes to meeting goals within the CS and Commercial org Customers love the product and retention is high Colleagues are smart and thoughtful and want to win big Monthly social stipend (even for remote hangs!) is a really nice perk This is a place people want to stay and work for a long time, and thankfully we've got traction to make that a reality

Cons

Competitive landscape of HR/Compliance tech can be challenging Lean team means sometimes enablement resources are self-made or slow

Pros

Solid client base of incredible enterprise and midmarket companies, with a fantastic product. Very good benefits and flexibility. Great learning experience and opportunity to build up your network of investors and c-suite contacts. The product is agile and the team is willing to make updates and add new features quickly and efficiently. Responsive, elite sales enablement is ready to provide anything and everything you need to crush your quota.

Cons

I have never been more micromanaged in my life, to the point I was making mistakes because I was so anxious about making mistakes. Closing deals with whales were overlooked while there was ample time and energy to point out errors, many of them minor. They tout a culture of open feedback, which is extremely important to any team member who wants to succeed. However, there were many times multiple department managers would tell me that another manager had feedback for me, but the manager with that feedback did not approach me, I was expected to go out of my way to ask for it. It felt more like a test to see if I would "go the extra mile" rather than make positive changes to my work as quickly as possible.
