Pros

You can spend a lot of time here, and still, you will be sad, alone, and unhappy! It is all due to awful management.

Cons

The top management was mentally unstable. They discouraged relationships between employees and stopped them from forming work friendships. It was horrible. I felt so stressed and exhausted, and the lack of friends made me feel worst! THE MANAGEMENT DIDN'T LET FRIENDSHIPS FORM AS THEY WANTED TO RULE OVER EVERYONE AND WANTED NO UNITY. THEIR TERRIBLE AND ARROGANT ATTITUDE WAS CLEARLY VISIBLE!

Pros

Very diverse projects and clients

Cons

- Low pay, no paid overtime, minimum amount of leave. - Employer mainly hires people who just graduated school, and do not know that company practises are very unusual. - Social contact between collegues is discouraged, resulting in a mentality where you just come in do to your own thing and don't care about your collegues. No talking during work times. No making friends with collegues (collegues who do, get split up). - Intimidates employees by making them believe they are barely good enough to do their job. - CORONA SITUATION: even when the government insisted to work from home, employer insisted that working at the office was a MUST. Also didn't trust employees to work from home (falsely accusing one employee to just 'sit outside in the sun at home' during working hours).

Pros

Endless tasks at work compelled me to master the skill of managing my time efficiently. As a result, I developed a deep appreciation for the worth of my time and chose to leave the job.

Cons

There was no growth there. The CEO and the management restricted access to crucial resources, such as training and development opportunities, leaving many employees feeling trapped and unable to advance in their careers. This particularly impacted the already suffering and poor employees, who were already struggling to make ends meet.
