Pros

Gives you a good base for sales experience if you only are there a couple weeks

Cons

Cult like atmosphere, employees are brainwashed. All the advertised positions are false. The only position is being a door to door sales rep for Verizon Fios. You have to work 12 hour days with no compensation. The pay is only commission with no base pay and no benefits. The entire business structure is a pyramid scheme with everyone trying to become a manager. Do not work for this company.

Management undervalued, we as managers tried to gave the best service to the community and the company only respond if it is a really emergency.
