CEO is very progressive and HR genuinely cares about employee growth and well being. Since positions are full time remote, employees hired are the best talent from across the US and pay is great (California salary).

Since the company is growing, workload can get overwhelming at times. No real complaints
They offer remote work and provide a phone stipend. Quarterly in person meeting are great with breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Filing system is impossible to find documents in. Management refuses to accept any change. They want you to be available on weekends even outside of close and won’t give you flex hours for extra time worked. Accounting processes are horrible. They don’t follow industry norms when tracking assets or depreciation.
