      Pros

      Eriksson has a very generous compensation package, which includes competitive pay, 3+ weeks PTO, paid holidays, and health-vision-life insurance. Casual yet professional atmosphere. Friendly staff with occasional employer sponsored happy hours.

      Cons

      It's a 30-minute commute, but worth it.
