Cons
Upper management has destroyed the culture that drew people to Cradlepoint. The pay structure for Inside Sales is outdated since restructuring. This includes lowering the bonus payments and the commission structure for the lowest paid group with the highest ROI. Too many different people trying to implement change without organization or working with the people who the changes effect.
