Cons
Very large matrixed organizations, and very much things get done by who is in your personal network, regardless of org charts. You need to be a self-starter and willing to build that network. The three major business units are not highly integrated and can run like separate businesses. One time when you will find it difficult to move things forward or get rapid response or input from headquarters in Stockholm is during summer holiday in Sweden when most people take a number of weeks off. The advent of mobile broadband though is helping to change that somewhat, as Ericsson employees also are connected now anytime, anyplace.
