      Good work life balance. Good company culture. Good compensation of travel allowance.

      Cons

      Less competitive salary comparing to peers in the industry. Slow promotion. Slow salary increase every year. Rare rotation within the company. Bonus and stock options are not attractive.

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
