      Pros

      Swedish work culture - but in Ericsson it has taken on a more international flavour. This enables it to act as a bridg between the various Cultures within the company, so it is beneficial Work Life balance - the Company is supportive Industry leader

      Cons

      Career and jobchange mobility is a Little rigid and sometimes unclear Compensation levels could be better Offices could sometimes be better located

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
