      Pros

      - flexible working time - you can stay for days at home, probably noone would notice

      Cons

      - salary is low - management is bad, not knowing if i am in botswana or home, not talking to emloyees - climbing up is almost impossible, or you have to wait at least 7-10 years - bad organisation

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
