Its not IP company . Its on the boundary of telcom vs new IP base transition. So, if you are an IP guy, dont come to Ericsson. Definitely a bad choice to make. Ofcourse if you are an expert and wants to manage a Big Team , may work. But early in the career, cant guess So until you define what you exactly wanted to do early in career , it will tough for you to move out of this company. I warn . You will be stuck.
