Pros

Good Pay, but you will have to work a lot of hours/callout etc to get it Flexible working hours (at least in my area)

Cons

Large amount of work has been shifted to India. They have no clue how things in the UK work and seem unwilling to learn. They made lots of staff in the UK redundant to move to a cheaper and entirely less competent workforce Awful IT systems that are managed by the same group in India (expect lots of "Please do the needful" Indian-isms). They love acronyms and hashtags! Management are clueless, there's a fear/blame culture seemingly stemming from upper management. While hours are flexible, you will be expected to do a lot of admin work in your own time Lots of red-tape, lots of project managers, lots of pointless meetings Benefits package is useless. Share scheme has been stopped, perks-at-work is normally more expense than I can get as a normal consumer. Pension isn't great. No promotions, no incentive to work hard. Bonus scheme paid a whole 1% last year Pay rises have been awful (or non-existent) for years, yet the CEO and upper management take home a kings bounty

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Pros

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
