Great opportunities that often need some personal sacrifice, but that is counter balanced by a positive and understanding management outlook. This leads to a good work-life balance.
Cons
Some tasks can lead to extensive international travel. IT infrastructure can be painfully cumbersome, with no opportunity to renew out of date hardware and software until centrally sponsored. Salary levels have been frozen for too long and allowances for travel are in need of re-assessment.
