Pros
Great company culture, some really good honeat hard working sincere people in lower management who care about their groups and their job. They have some great directives but everything seems to fall thru just shy of completion. Most employees their seemed to have a positive outlook and enjoyed working at erickson.
Cons
Upper management is too far removed from the worker bees" and are willfully ignorant to that side of the company. Acquiring Evergreen was an anchor and hinders Aircrane operations and the entire company. Everyone knows it. Upper management is a bit top heavy while low pay scales are held at the hourly range, continual layoffs causing low morale, distrust and animosity toward upper management.
