The particular team i worked in was completely toxic. I have worked in many companies and many teams and have never encountered such a toxic, unsupportive, uncommunicative professional environment which became detrimental to my mental health. The manager was an absolute bully and I regret coming across somebody like him in my career. Employees were getting fired or demoted left right and centre. Absolutely appalling management.
