      Pros

      Great team to work with up to middle management after that not so much. Good health insurance, decent 401k and Holidays.

      Cons

      Last 5 years company did a 180 and has destroyed the once flourishing culture of quality, teamwork and transparency. It is now run by executives who can’t spell “teamwork”, have no idea how to lead people and have driven the profitability into the ground.

      Toxic management, no real safety culture, safety team used as scapegoats, poor accountability.
