The only down side so far for me is the Employee discount. I feel they penny pinch a little too much with employees. If the rent discount cannot be higher (the New York Market specifically) at least the other fees, such as parking, pets (maybe a small deposit is necessary), amenity fees can be waived or discounted more than it is. We are paid fairly however, not enough to really be able to truly afford living in an Equity Property comfortably. I believe it is a benefit that we live in our Properties, especially Managers.
