      Pros

      Honey. The only pro is to keep you at your desk is they bring you food and I do mean lots of food. I gained 55 pounds working here (not even joking). Money was nice. When they didn’t forget to pay your commission bonus and you have to wait 2 more weeks to get it....

      Cons

      Everything. Literally the hours of having to be there until 10. Was BRUTAL. You had absolutely no time in your day to do anything else. Commission was doubled on the weekend but with inconsitancey in other coworkers, you could be one of 3 that shows up to work and you’re forced to take call after call after call after call.....

      Pros

      The culture and collaboration between property employees all the way up to the executive level is the best I have seen.

      The approval process can be drawn out longer than expected.
