Pros
Company is open and relatively young, so your opinion is recognized regardless of position. You have the opportunity to make an impact and shape the company as long as you get involved. Culture is great - lot of highly competent people with down-to-earth attitudes, people you'd want to drink a beer with. Unlimited vacation days, remote-site working so people have been known to move to different cities or states, 100% paid health & dental benefits. Strong senior leadership.
Cons
Lots of deadline-driven work to go around, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as it means the company is doing well, but you are expected to pull your weight. Clients can be head-scratchingly behind the times.
