Pros

- Great facility, senior coaches are very willing to educate and help you upskill - Good location for transit commuters (Expo and Canada line skytrains are walking distance)

Cons

- Like any other PT job, very sales forward. No matter how much you become better as a coach it won't matter unless you sell. There's an unspoken "eye test" and optics are casually brought up but seem to be the most important thing there, right after sales. If you bring great energy, and visually align with the brand (i.e if you look like an influencer), you'll thrive.

High turnover among advisors can create additional workload for remaining team members. Advancement opportunities exist but can be competitive and sometimes unclear. The focus on sales metrics can occasionally overshadow the hospitality and member experience aspects of the role. Corporate initiatives and promotions can change frequently, requiring advisors to quickly adapt messaging and sales strategies
