Pros
The culture used to be amazing. Sales comp structure was not bad either. None of that left with the CSO and CFO leaving/retiring.
Cons
In the last year, the company became a playground for nepotism. People hired from certain companies only because they’re friends with the CEO or other high up people that she hired. The company has now VPs and senior directors who don’t even have 8 years of work experience.
