Great learning experience in how to handle middle management 'tier down' blame culture, poor line management and self preservation tactics when considering future roles.
Cons
A toxic environment of pressure tactics, extremely high turn over of staff with a blame culture inherently demotivated staff at breaking point under the misguided one for all mentality of middle management hiding behind the 'Equator Family' values. Frighteningly under resourced leading to consistent and repeated absences caused by fatigue and stress. USA Group board level obsession with a profit driven mentality and not focused on employee well being at all.
