      Pros

      I loved my time at ERA. Management makes sure to create a warm and welcoming environment for all. Everyone is very passionate and dedicated to the work, which increases morale and motivation. Plenty of opportunity for remote and vacation/ sick days. Management is very accommodating.

      Cons

      Red tape gets in the way when there is a decision to be made, but it doesn't take away from the overall experience.

      All of the attorneys are super helpful and I gained so much experience.

      Cons

      None! It’s a great place to work and I would recommend that other clerk there.

      Nice people and allowed a lot of flexibility in your schedule (I worked remote)

      Cons

      Didn't pay interns but did send a sweet thank you gift at the end
