* Poor salary structure * No bonus * Appraisals are minimal * Everyone acts like a manager and real managers don't even reply to queries * Legacy tech stack and nothing new to learn that would benefit you in the long run * Working with US team is a headache of its own. We have to wait till late night to get a reply or have a meeting with them. * Even if we wait till late night, the in-direct talks show how pissed they are to have meetings at mornings. * No proper KT's while joining. You are put into a random team and you have to learn your own * No consideration for employees talent/interest * Fails to retain talent and kills the talent of the ones under the hierarchy * Sends the crappiest gifts which is dead on arrival or is completely useless
