Pros
• FTO is great as long as you got work done • Some very smart people work at Epsilon • WFH policy is great • Work/life balance was good 90% of the time; other people on the team weren't so lucky • My manager was fantastic and actually listened to concerns. He also trusted me to get work done. He did NOT micromanage.
Cons
• High turnover • Salary (way below market) and benefits are a joke, sadly. The benefits and 401k went downhill after Publicis took over • Nearly impossible to get a raise or promoted • Not much of an office culture • Micromanaging happens often by senior level executives • Timelines are insane, and rarely are we asked if it's reasonable. What would normally take a week is expected under 24 hours • Your opinion rarely matters; you are expected to do what you're told even if there's a better alternative • The work isn't exactly difficult, it's just not the most engaging either. Heavy on the production work
