Pros

A company that has grown via the strength of the people within. A trully collaborative environment where find and solve challenges every day, for both our customers and the business. It's also a really good laugh! The company is growing rapidly, mainly down to the strength of the Eploy product but perhaps moreover because of the way the all work together to deliver real benefits to our customers - customer advocacy is high, and churn is really low - pretty rare for a SaaS business! A company that punches way above its weight - it's always fun beating the so called 'giants' of our industry (by 'giant' read 'dysfunctional VC funded companies that have poor support and make huge losses!'). So if you like being the underdog who packs a mighty punch, this is the pace for you

Cons

None whatsoever, really cant think of any downside

Pros

THE VISION! Our vision is to prepare Christians physically, mentally and especially spiritually, for these prophetic and tumultuous end-times. Thousands are coming to the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas and Missouri (the safest place on earth?)

Cons

Pros

The pros are disappearing fast along with great people who contributed so much to the business. I guess the free kitkats are still there (for now).

Cons

From a great place to work to a deeply demoralising environment It’s genuinely heartbreaking to have watched a once vibrant, people-centred software company deteriorate from a place where employees were proud and motivated to one where many now struggle under the weight of poor leadership, inefficient processes, and relentless workloads. What was once a culture of collaboration and innovation has given way to confusion and disengagement. Following a steady exodus of talented people, those who remain often appear burnt out or detached. The absence of a clear strategic direction has left the business stagnant, while vanity projects have replaced meaningful progress and created further division. The product itself, once an industry frontrunner, has seen little meaningful improvement in years. As competitors continue to evolve and outpace us, the go-to-market team is left fighting a losing battle in an increasingly competitive landscape. A recent acquisition could have been the fresh start the business so desperately needed, but so far its been an utter mess, offering little hope of reversing the decline.
