Pros

There are a lot of programs and benefits that is amazing and I utilize a number of them

Cons

Company wide the management from state to state could be vetted better. It is my opinion that there are people in positions that do not have the experience in this business to be effective leaders. It seems like the Good Ole Boys Club gets all the positions. There are many people in the system that are far more qualified and have more experience than the people leading the charge currently. This tastes and smells like EXP all over again. I'm sure that this review will also fall on deaf ears as does most things these days

No way to effect your “standing” with the company since you posted anonymously. As a female-owned and LGBT owned brokerage and with 85% of our leaders being women, the “good ole boys club” is kind of a strange comparison. As for who we choose as leaders, we choose those who can support our agents the best. If you aren’t feeling supported or listened to we would love for you to reach out. No issues ever fall “on deaf ears” here. Sending directly to us, instead of posting anonymously online with no details as to who or what, is not the best way to ensure your complaints are heard or acted upon. You should have the cell phone of all 3 owners, as do all of our agents, and can reach out anytime. We hope to actually hear from you.

They do care and will help you.

Several benefits have caveats worth noting. Healthcare is telehealth only. The billboard is a shared digital display that rotates a few times per week. Sign installation is not provided. Photography is third-party or a $125 credit. Monthly fee is $150 plus a 0.10% transaction fee per
