Pros
The team at Epiphany is really great, and I adored the flexibility of working remotely. Since the entire company is remote, there has been a lot of focus on making long-distance communication work smoothly, which is wonderful. My immediate boss was fantastic, as was the team I was on.
Cons
Not great communication from higher ups. No real documentation planning. No communication about expectations, goals, or raises. You use your own computer equipment.
