Great team, I’m really missing them already. Super supportive, everyone is serious about getting the job done while also looking out for each other. Fairly interesting work, engineering has plenty of opportunities for creative input. Good benefits, work/life balance, flexibility. Engineering team is all over the world, but they really function as a team.

Sometimes shifting priorities, but not really any more so that for most small, fairly young companies. Transparency around compensation is about normal, which is to say, not great.
