In the last 2 years Epicor couldn't care less for their employees and unfortunately many of the older coworkers I know personally are just hanging on hoping to make it to retirement before getting a layoff notice which has happened twice in the last 4 months in my group. Epicor is extremely focused on revenue generation at our customer's expense. In my group, customer service has deteriorated drastically in the last 2+ years and the ignorant, time wasting, typical corporate symbolism over substance policies are mind numbing and ridiculous. The recent change in management staff had no prior management experience but are part of the 'good ole boys' club, go figure. In its current state, I could NEVER recommend Epicor as a place to work unless you enjoy a work life of frustration with your management.
