However, the company as a whole has many archaic policies and monitors merchandise and sales to an INSANE degree. If you drop a popcorn bag on the ground, it has to be noted in a notebook. You can't simply throw it away. If your till is short by any amount at the end of a shift, you have to pay the difference. All employees MUST arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time which is unpaid; you are not allowed to clock in until your ACTUAL scheduled time. It wasnt until THIS YEAR that the company allowed the location to be remodeled. The building was litterally falling apart for YEARS. I'm almost positive they were using this location as a liability write-off. To top it off, the pay was less than $9 an hour when EVERY other business was starting around 12-15 an hour.
