+ Very difficult to close a deal since all the technical leaders jump to create unnecessary panic. + When you give sales updates think twice as the bosses will take undue credit saying its their effort and connections. + Don’t expect any sales commissions or incentives when you close a deal as the bosses demotivate you claiming they did all the hard work. All connections you meet will be their friends, cousins, school prefects, relatives, kid’s parents’ associations, etc as per their viewpoint to abuse you. + Software pricing strategy is extremely high for locally developed products. + They have a very boasting attitude but don’t deliver projects on time. Then the clients shout at the Sales and Account Managers and finally, you will see the Technical Managers in the corporate ladder giving inaccurate updates to the management to hide their technical glitches.
