      Pros

      Training was pretty informative, online training course, good starter for those wanting to know about cameras, great place to meet new friends with the same hobby

      Cons

      The pay seems convincing, but if you really think about it, it does not compensate the amount of work at all for a whole day. Company hires too much people, allowing for work to be scarce. Biased training course. Definitely have to suck up to management to ever get work. With big weddings farther away, only one car gets compensated for gas (pretty unfair considering a pandemic, but looks good in their eyes since the higher ups are friends). Expect to get another job to pay the bills.

      Pros

      You learn how to shoot weddings, with little to no experience. They provide the equipment for you to use, so you don't have to buy the things yourself. They critique your photos, so you know how to improve.

      Cons

      Pay is abysmal They don't allow you to grow. They won't call you for another wedding for months but won't actually fire you and without any reason. You can't keep the photos you take for your own portfolio. They want to train you to take photos of you haven't shot with them in two weeks. You aren't compensated for gas.
