      Good pay, devs essentially design their own projects, Madison is awesome, food on campus is excellent

      Cons

      Needlessly stressful at times, bad WLB, bare minimum PTO, absolutely ZERO chance for remote work, a little cult-ish, campus is way out in a suburb and not actually in Madison
