      Great environment to work in - all the people you work with are amazingly intelligent and have a strong drive to succeed and learn. Flat organizational structure gives rise to opportunities you wouldn't have elsewhere when young in your career.

      Cons

      Flat organizational structure limits opportunities for advancement, churn and burn mentality, high number of working hours and relatively low compensation for the caliber of employees they employ.
