Pros
Salary is high, food and drink are good, when you start you spend most of your time studying for exams which keeps you from getting in trouble with the high pressure of the actual work
Cons
High pressure, absolutely no work/life balance, location is terrible - no socializing possible, obsolete technology makes it very hard to find a job after, and you will stagnate in your role for years if you stay over 2 years.
