Pros
Campus is beautiful, coworkers are at similar points in life and have similar values for the most part. They pay well but I only make like $12/hour when taking into account the amount of hours I work.
Cons
The workload is atrocious. Epic purposely burns out employees instead of hiring more people to manage the workload. Your boss has no real ability to make your workload any less so you just have to suck it up. So many people from Epic have mental health problems from the stress.
