Pros
As a first job out of college, it was a good salary and great learning experience. Also the fact that they hire a ton of recent college grads made it easy to make friends. And a job here opens up good career opportunities for the future.
Cons
Regular 80+ hour weeks and a culture of working crazy long. Also I did not feel adequately prepared to be trusted with the decisions needed for a large hospital software implementation.
