Pros
Epic is a growing company so there are lots of opportunities for new hires. They are willing to train smart people with a tech background. Doing really meaningful work. Beautiful campus and great food! 5 year sabbatical!
Cons
Challenges related to the quickness of growth and a large campus. It's hard to get all processes right for every team that can be doing very different types of work.
