Horrible Management - Anonymous employee Epac Technologies Employee Review

People here care about doing an awesome job; & management cares about. The details. You can see it in not just the products but in how employees are treated. Like when we got a trip anywhere in the world a few years back - we didn't just get 2 plane tickets; they rented apartments in 3 cities in Europe and arranged for travel between cities and bought us activity packs. Hard work was rewarded with the best vacation ever!

Can be hectic at times

- It's exciting because we're working on new technology and there are a lot of new projects. - EPAC is incredibly generous Even when things have been slow here, like during the recession, no one's been laid off. And when things are going well, we've gotten great bonuses. - The company does extraordinary tings, stuff that makes my friends say, "Wow. I've never heard of a company doing anything like that." Like after one super year, the company gave EVERYONE who'd worked full time for at least a year a trip for 2 to anywhere they wanted to go in the world. - Most importantly: if you work hard and do well, you will not only be rewarded but get new opportunities. Regardless of your background or education, if you do a great job, you will get to do new things and your success will be recognized. - Like a lot of my colleagues, I was upset to hear that there were some recent bad reviews of our company on this site. Those reviews don't even sound like they're about us. So I'm glad to have a chance to tell you what it's REALLY LIKE to work at EPAC.

Management hasn't cared about presenting itself on social media. It should.
