      Excellent pay for rural areas Great teamwork Great hours Tons of benefits

      Cons

      The only thing that could be seen as a con is the 4 on 4 off work week with 12 hour shifts. But it’s no different than any other company with odd hours. It works great to keep everything and everyone in line.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
