      Poor management, no support, no work like balance. Nasty place to work, feces be on the work floor bugs crawling up wall in the office. Very racist towards black people.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
