Bad culture stemming from blaming vs collaboration. Some in higher level positions completely lack leadership qualities with self imposed insecurity which results in a non leader focused on self preservation with complete inability or care to develop others. Colleagues are not connected with peers, managers or cross functionally with others. Why should anybody care what professional is if their bosses are not. A very disconnected organization where only the top folks (mostly white men) and their direct soldiers talk to each other. Culture lacks kindness, civility, respect or care for people unless you are in the “club” but beware even if you are you can be excluded at any time.
