Do Not Subject Yourself to the CEO's Abuse!! - Assistant EnvisionTEC Employee Review

There are so many, it's hard to choose which to write about but the primary *Cons are all due to the CEO. He's a hateful person, who appreciated absolutely nothing you do. I went above and beyond for Mr. Siblani and he still treated me like dirt on the bottom of his shoe. I did everything he asked, and if it wasn't absolutely perfect, he would explode into insults and email the HR person to complain about me, and he would cc me on that email. He was mean every day. I needed a job, but his abuse led me to a mental breakdown, it trashed my self-confidence, ruined how I felt about my good work, and basically just tore me down, simply because he could. No one should ever go through that, for any reason whatsoever. No paycheck is worth your mental well-being. It was awful, he would host a big meeting, not bother to tell me about it, and bark at me all day for everything he felt wasn't done right, or prepared for. Then I hear from a co-worker "Oh, I should have mentioned this meeting to you"....really? The whole experience there was so awful, but the one good thing I can say is, had I not worked for such an evil individual I may not have known how much of a blessing it is working with my new employer.
