Management and Administration Lacking - Senior Project Coordinator Envision Experience Employee Review

There was not enough space in the building for all departments so we had to fight for seats at scattered tables and eventually were moved into an open area with multiple tables for nearly 15 people. The traffic along the commute is terrible in this area and management was unwilling to allow flexible hours. My supervisor was demanding and condescending, often seeking access to employees during off-hours. She would blame her subordinates for shortcomings in the department rather than accept accountability for her lack of leadership skills and need for control. Her manager would often side with her despite several reports from multiple individuals about her actions. Overall, I was not paid enough to endure the stress imposed by the leadership team.
