Pros
Had a very good experience. All of the senior level staff were very informative, helpful and passionate about key environmental issues. Got valuable experience and knowledge of how environmental policy worked within the framework of a federal agency.
Cons
Nothing in particular sticks out. Working in a government agency however definitely is not for everyone though.
