Pros
The EPA's mission to protect public health and the environment is very important. The employees at Region 10 are characteristically extremely competent and dedicated public servants. Region 10 is one of the better managed regions and works cooperatively with its states.
Cons
Like other large organizations, the EPA can be slow to change and slow to act. Region 10 is no different from other large organizations (private or public) in that respect.
