Co-workers are great and it's a very relaxed office.

No room for growth and they are on the very low end on the salary scale, don't even think about negotiations. Hires fresh out of college workers. Owner is very stuck in his ways and mainly hires women because they take what he deals out without much back talk.

Open workspace environment, good with outside training

Terrible pay, management is never there and when they are they are nasty, not a great work environment if you are not white, prejudicial remarks are made, poorly trained staff
