Pros
Lots of learning in a short span of time. Most colleagues are cooperative and collaborative. Gives you ownership at the start itself.
Cons
Poor leadership and management. Less pay with more working hours, even during late nights and weekends. Two out of three partners are toxic and unrealistic, following old generation toxic overwork culture. They play the blame game to make you feel that you are not good enough. Not a good fit for Gen Z employees as that two partners and the managers under them are toxic.
