Pros
Great work environment, which includes good colleagues, on site gym and restaurant (both very cheap), free parking. Managers are very supportive, ensuring everyone can work to the full potential. Some even make tea for the team - you don't get this in many places. They also offer flexibility, which is great and helps the work/life balance. Coming in early/staying late, shorter lunch break are all possible if just agreed in advance. Really appreciate this flexibility as it can mean a lot. I've seen some ex-colleagues post on here about managers not being like this. This is definitely not my experience! You have to be completely disillusioned to think that you can go home three hrs early, without telling anyone (including your line manager) and not suffer repercussions for this. Also, you cannot expect to be able to display a complete lack of respect for management and not be held to account for your behaviour! Good to see managers taking the right line with disciplining staff as needed. Keep doing as you are!
Cons
Pay could be better, been a lack of financial stability over recent years to offer better pay. Some decisions take too long - senior management need to speed up decision making. Promotions don't happen when they should, often significantly delayed. The CRS business has just been taken over by Covance though, so these Cons might improve. Just hope the Pros keep the same.
